Paid shipping options vary according to country, city, delivery time, and transport company. Packages are handed over to the carriers on the same day or within 24 hours, depending on the order.

Exchanges and returns
All our products undergo rigorous quality control. Items marked "in stock" may be returned in their original packaging within 14 calendar days, provided that customer service is notified in advance.
In the event of non-conformity, the customer must, on receipt of the parcel, make a detailed request or complaint before the second working day following delivery of the parcel.
In the case of an exchange, Innovacases customer service will generate a return number and a return address to be respected. The product will have to be turned over in its original packaging even if this one was opened and will have to be accompanied by all its accessories.
ATTENTION: Only products with a proven defect when unpacked will be accepted. Otherwise, the product may be returned to the customer, at the customer's expense, or the return may be requalified on the appropriate grounds.
No returns will be accepted for:
- Products made to order and specially designed (out of stock, specific color, or with options).
- Products for which the return request is out of time and/or if the original packaging has been unsealed, opened, torn, marked, and/or if the product has been used.
