Unlike traditional covers or simple back shells, the flap acts as a real front shield. It opens smoothly from the side and clips naturally onto the edge of the phone without the use of press studs or magnets, preventing any magnetic interference with the device's internal electronic components. The fit of the flap is another strong point of this model. It is cut to the nearest millimetre, requiring great precision from our leather craftsmen, who have been experts since 2003. Thanks to this precision work, the case fits the curves of the Fairphone 6 perfectly, with no play and no excess material, ensuring optimal hold and a comfortable grip. Exchanges and returns
All our products undergo rigorous quality control. Items marked "in stock" may be returned in their original packaging within 14 calendar days, provided that customer service is notified in advance.
In the event of non-conformity, the customer must, on receipt of the parcel, make a detailed request or complaint before the second working day following delivery of the parcel.
In the case of an exchange, Innovacases customer service will generate a return number and a return address to be respected. The product will have to be turned over in its original packaging even if this one was opened and will have to be accompanied by all its accessories.
ATTENTION: Only products with a proven defect when unpacked will be accepted. Otherwise, the product may be returned to the customer, at the customer's expense, or the return may be requalified on the appropriate grounds.
No returns will be accepted for:
- Products made to order and specially designed (out of stock, specific color, or with options).
- Products for which the return request is out of time and/or if the original packaging has been unsealed, opened, torn, marked, and/or if the product has been used.
