How to get my VIC card?
At Noreve, we offer the VIC (Very Important Customer) card, provided free of charge after your second purchase on our site, and it is valid for life! You can use it for every online order on www.noreve.com and enjoy a 10% discount on the total amount (excluding taxes) of your cart.
What is the FIDELIS program?

Every 6 months, you benefit from a 25% discount on a case of the same model as yours, plus free shipping. In your personal account, a countdown shows the remaining time until the Fidelis offer is activated, and an email will notify you when it becomes active. Log in to find your personal Fidelis code and use it during your purchase.


Note: This code is only valid for the "renewal" product and cannot be used for other purchases. Additionally, this offer is only available three times, meaning for three renewals of an identical product (choose from all finishes and colors).


The Fidelis offer cannot be combined with other promotions or loyalty programs. The Fidelis program is only valid for items purchased on the noreve.com website.

How to create a "Noreve" customer account?

You can create your account during the checkout process. Creating a customer account is quick and easy, and registration is free.


Alternatively, click on the "My Account" icon located in the site’s navigation bar to be redirected to the login and registration page.

How to change or reset my password?

To change your password, log in to your customer account and go to the "My Account" section, then "Information," where you can modify your password.


If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password?" on the login page and enter your email address, ensuring there are no spaces before or after it. Then click the "Reset Password" button. We will send you a password reset email within 15 minutes. Don’t forget to check your spam folder.

Where are my invoices?

Our company no longer prints paper invoices out of respect for the environment.


Your invoice will be sent to you via email as a downloadable PDF.


You can also download your invoices in PDF format in the "My Orders" section of your customer account.
