FAQ Returns - Noreve

If you wish to return an item within the legal withdrawal period, please contact our Customer Service.

Please prepare the following information to ensure we process your request as quickly as possible:

• Your order or customer number
• The reason for your return
• The item reference

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.

If you wish to exchange a received item for a different size, color, model, etc., you must submit your request within 24 hours. Otherwise, fees will apply (return or modification fees). Alternatively, you have 14 days from receipt of the package to return items you do not wish to keep for a full refund (excluding personalized items). We will cover the return shipping costs.
