1. Leather thickness and compatibility with wireless charging

Our cases are made with thick, high-quality leather to ensure excellent shock protection and durability. The thickness of the leather, necessary to absorb impacts and preserve color intensity, may sometimes interfere with the required distance for efficient wireless charging.

Note: Our cases include quality MagSafe magnets to improve alignment and adherence to the charger. However, compatibility may vary depending on the charger.

2. Incorrect device positioning

Ensure the device is properly inserted into the case. Improper fit may compromise the connection with the MagSafe charger.

3. Alignment issue with the wireless charger

For charging to work properly, the device must be perfectly aligned with the wireless charger. Try repositioning the device to see if this resolves the issue.

4. Use of a non-official or low-quality charger

Some non-official wireless chargers may not provide the necessary power for optimal charging. We recommend using certified and quality chargers for better performance.

What you perceive as a defect is, in fact, a feature. Our case is designed to be slightly adjustable. During insertion, it may have shifted. Simply tighten the edges with your fingers to ensure a perfect hold on your device.

We use only premium genuine leathers certified by the Leather Working Group. Our leathers are vegetable-tanned, free of heavy metals, recycled from the food industry, and sourced from responsible farms in France, Spain, and Italy.

However, even the highest quality leathers are not indestructible. Longevity also depends on usage and care.

4. Is my model from the "Perpetual Range" less durable?

Indeed, the Perpetual Range features thinner leather than our superior collections like Tentation Tropézienne, Addiction, or Patina, which are more robust. Although pricier, these ranges are a long-term investment.

5. How does Noreve's product quality compare to other brands?

Unlike cases from some brands like Apple or Samsung, often made with a simple 2 mm leather crust and silicone, our cases are designed to provide both protection and aesthetics. 6. What if I want to replace my case?

It is an LWG (Leather Working Group) certified high-end leather, renowned for its unmatched durability, often considered the most resistant and long-lasting of all our collections.

A true emblem of our craftsmanship, the Tentation Tropézienne range is also our iconic collection. It is recognizable by its exclusive details: the Saint-Tropez bell tower sometimes embossed, a unique palette of ten colors inspired by the town (including the legendary “Rouge Tropézien”), and a touch that is both firm and sensual, synonymous with prestige and longevity.

For a flat rate of €110 excluding VAT, including return shipping costs, our craftsmen can completely restore the patina of your product — whether it’s a case, cover, pouch, or small leather accessory.

This premium service also allows you to change the color of your patina — for example, transforming a blue patina model into an elegant red patina. A refined way to give your pieces a second life while personalizing them to your taste.
