Sales terms and conditions

The sales terms and conditions apply to all the sales concluded via the Internet site www.noreve.com and in an exclusive manner with the current and future trade relationships existing between the Company and its customers.

• Prices

The selling prices of products commercialized on the Internet site www.noreve.com include taxes (French VAT) and are guaranteed except if the French rate of VAT varies. Any variation of this rate could cause immediate changes in our selling prices.

An invoice will be sent to you indicating the amount of the VAT. This gives companies the possibility to get it back.
This invoice should be kept as a guarantee.

• Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diner & JCB, PayPal and wire transfer. We accept Bank checks for french customers only.

• VAT and Taxes

Delivery within metropolitan France

Articles ordered are liable for the French VAT as well as the transport costs.

Delivery Overseas

Any order impling an overseas delivery is exempted of metropolitan VAT. This exemption concerns the selling price of products and the shipping costs.
The invoice will be elaborated without VAT.
In exchange, at the arrival of the order, the buyer will have to clear customs and settle rights and taxes for the entry of the products into the territory.

Delivery within the European Community

Ordered goods are liable for French VAT. No tax is payable at the reception, and the VAT is not refundable. If you are a company and if you have an intra-EEC VAT number, the invoice will be established excepting French VAT. Important notice: all intra-EEC VAT numbers are ckecked before payment and delivery. If the number does not exist, order will be automatically cancelled.

Delivery outside of the European Community and rest of world

You benefit from the tax exception on our products and our shipping cost.
The invoice will be established excepting French VAT. You should settle rights and taxes for the entrance to your country and assure yourself beforehand that the ordered products are authorized for importation in your country.

• Returns - In Stock Products

You will be automatically advised of your order’s status, in less than 24 hours (on working days). Black products are considered as 'In Stock Products' and products in other colors as 'On Demand Products' (refer to conditions below). For your information, we have many colors, other than black, in stock but in limited quantities.

For returns of any In Stock product, within 7 days following delivery, Noreve guarantees you your money back. This is valid for orders placed via www.noreve.com and upon presentation of the invoice. In order to be refunded, the product must be returned to us in its original packaging and in perfect conditions (no scrapes or scratches, traces of use...). Refund will take place once we have received and verified the product.

If the packaging were not to be included, a 15% commission will be charged. In order to make the return easier, we invite you to advise our after- sales service by e-mail: 'info < at > noreve.com' to receive a return number, and all the instructions on how to return the product in order to simplify the process of refund or exchange.

The expenses of re-shipping the product are the client’s responsibility. The cost of reshipping an order (unclaimed package, wrong information given, etc.) is of 10 Euro plus tax (shipping and handling) + the shipping cost itself.

Any changes to the order ( address, product reference, etc.) will have an extra charge of 15 Euro plus tax if made after 24 hours. No charge will apply if the color is modified within 24 hours, or after being suggested by our Customer Service.

If the conditions above mentioned are not observed, Noreve reserves the right to refuse the return (as in the case of damaged, worn or incomplete products).

• Returns - On Demand Products

You will be automatically advised of your order’s status, in less than 24 hours (on working days). Black products are considered as "In Stock Products" and products in other colors as "On Demand Products" (refer to conditions below). For your information, we have many colors, other than black, in stock but in limited quantities.

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours. After this granted period, we will not accept any returns or exchanges since your order then enters the manufacturing process.

Once the process has been launched, you become the owner of the product or products, even if they have not yet been shipped. Please be well aware of these conditions before placing your order.

• Resellers

If you have purchased your product from one of our official European retailers or distributors, the general conditions of the retailer/distributor apply. You must contact the company where your purchase was made. The conditions may vary according to the retailers/distributors. Noreve will not accept the return of products bought at a retailer/distributor.
However, if the response of one of our retailers/distributors does not satisfy you, you can send us an email. We will do our best to try and solve your problem.For the return of your products to our after sales service office, we strongly recommend you to ship them to us with a tracking number. The post office, FedEx, UPS... offer this service. We will appreciate it if you include on the inside/outside of the package the following information: your address, your telephone number, instructions sent by our customer service and a copy of your purchase receipt.

• Products

Noreve may not be held responsible for any damage caused by one of its products or accessories. The customer is the only one responsible for any damage to its mobile device.

• Website

Noreve reserves the right to cancel an order due to any bugs, piracy, or errors both internal and external to the company. Noreve will contact the customer to notify a cancelled order. If you notice any errors or irregularities please contact us by e-mail: 'info < at > noreve.com'.
